Universal Handbook

OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

First off, this is a Universal Handbook because whether you’re a member, staff member, council member or the founder, everyone here is viewed as an equal.

The purpose of this handbook is to act as an all encompassing outline that defines what Oasis is about, and what will not be tolerated.

Values These 4 core values are what L O C K our community together.

Love - Wait, why is love a core value of Oasis? Love is the universal language of the universe. When you are in alignment, your manifestations come through with less resistance.

Opportunity - We as a community and team are always striving to bring each other opportunities in many forms of abundance like financial freedom, spiritual growth and a healthy mind.

Community - We are a family, we are a group of friends, and a group of like minded individuals. There is an inner knowing of a sense of belonging with Oasis. Sometimes a gut feeling defies all logic. No one is ignored, no one is better than anyone else. We are all equal at Oasis.

Knowledge - We value knowledge as it is the key to the abyss and limitless possibilities that lie within each individual. This value is a pillar for why we emphasize on furthering everyone’s education of Web 3 within Oasis.

Mental Health / Spirituality / Self-Development We can all agree the NFT space moves insanely fast. It can be very easy to get caught up in your emotions and make irrational decisions. We have all been there, that is why we will always be here for each other. Never feel ashamed to share what you are going through. We are here for you. There is a lot of comparison that happens in this space, and there will always be someone with more than you. Stop comparing yourself to others. This is your story, you are the main character, writer, director, filmer and artist. You can create anything you desire. Please remember to take breaks, find balance and enjoy the present moment. You are abundant with resources. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

Fun

The Oasis is a place where we have fun, we are all building friendships together and learning from each other! Yes we all have our sights on success in Web 3, but what’s the point of success if you’re not having some fun (:!

Education

A Group of like minded minds are more powerful together. Together we are the KEY to unlocking the abundance we seek in Web 3. We embody the energies of knowledge. We facilitate and encourage sophisticated conversations.

Growth

We take pride in providing the ability for our members to grow in the Web 3 space. Looking to become an NFT Analyst? Well go participate in the Learn2Earns frequently then you may be granted the Community Alpha role where you’ll be able to post in #community-calls.. this is where we will be hiring future NFT Analysts. Looking to become a member of the collab team? Help us with finding more projects by contributing in #whitelist-requests! These are just a few examples, 95% of the time we will hire internally because we believe in empowering our community members <3 !

What should be avoided and what isn’t tolerated

-There is a ZERO tolerance rule for copy and pasting ALPHA from other servers into Oasis and that also includes screenshots of Alpha.

-Together let's move away from the saying “What’s the Alpha today?” . We believe this lacks substance and we want to encourage conversations that have more depth.
